Trainee Team Leader Digital Publishing (Remote)

We are seeking 5 highly capable, well-rounded individuals to join our growing digital media team. This is a remote, full-time opportunity designed to train and elevate the right candidate into a Team Leader role, managing multiple high-performance online publications.

About the Role

The selected candidate will undergo an intensive 2–3 month training program, providing in-depth exposure to the operations of each publication. You will learn and eventually oversee:

• Content strategy and creation, including the use of AI-powered writing tools
  
• On-site SEO, such as internal linking optimization, managing broken links, and structural enhancements
  
• Off-page SEO, including backlink outreach and authority growth
  
  
  
• Email marketing campaigns and list growth strategies
  
  
  
• Website health monitoring, performance tuning, and content audits
  
  
  
• Team and task coordination, across multiple properties and workflows
  
  
  
  

Requirements

We are not looking for beginners. You must bring:

• Strong background in SEO and website management (this is non-negotiable)
  
  
  
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently
  
  
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
  
  
  
• Excellent written and spoken English—you must communicate clearly and professionally
