Job summary

Jack in the Box in Banning, CA is seeking a Team Leader to motivate staff, uphold guest service standards, and maintain a clean, safe dining area. You will model upbeat behavior, coach team members, and ensure fast, friendly service in a high-energy environment.

This role requires a High School diploma or GED, at least 6 months in a restaurant, and ability to read, write, and speak English. You’ll help with daily operations and training, with advancement opportunities within the Jack family.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or foreign equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the restaurant industry.
• Ability to read, speak, and write effectively in English.
• Ability to stand and walk approximately 85%-95% of shift; ability to lift and carry 10-50 lbs.
• Additional administrative duties as assigned.
• This is in addition to the qualifications of a Team Member and Shift Leader.
