Job summary

Jack in the Box Washington, MO is seeking a Team Leader to supervise daily restaurant operations, model excellent guest service, and coach team members in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes food quality and safety, staff development, and delivering a clean, friendly atmosphere. Candidates should have at least 6 months in a restaurant setting, be fluent in English, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in the restaurant industry.
• Ability to read, speak, and write effectively in English.
• This is in addition to the qualifications of a Team Member and Shift Leader.

Supervise and:

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED or foreign equivalent preferred

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the restaurant industry

• Ability to read, speak, and write effectively in English.

• Ability to stand and walk approximately 85%-95% of shift; ability to lift and carry 10-50 lbs.Ability to work with a diverse group of people.

• Additional administrative duties as assigned.

• This is in addition to the qualifications of a Team Member and Shift Leader
