Job summary

Jack in the Box Cuba, MO is seeking a Team Leader to serve as a role model who motivates others while maintaining a friendly, clean, and safe environment. You will supervise daily activities, train team members, and provide coaching to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes leading by example, promoting from within, and contributing to a true Jack family atmosphere with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or foreign equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the restaurant industry.
• Ability to read, speak, and write effectively in English.
• Ability to stand and walk approximately 85%-95% of shift; ability to lift and carry 10-50 lbs.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
• Additional administrative duties as assigned.
• This is in addition to the qualifications of a Team Member and Shift Leader.
