Job summary

ClearWater Express Wash & BlueWave Express Wash seeks a Team Lead to guide a fast-paced team and uphold company standards. You will train staff, coach on customer service, and ensure a safe, clean guest experience at our Terrell, TX location.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and the ability to resolve guest questions while supporting daily operations and guest satisfaction. We value initiative and reliability in our leaders.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn basic car wash equipment and facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to create a positive, productive team environment.
• Support daily car wash operations and keep the location running efficiently.
• Train and coach team members on customer service, safety, products, memberships, and daily duties.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve questions or concerns.
• Assist guests with wash services, memberships, and product recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming location.
• Ensure safety procedures and operating standards are followed.
• Assist site leadership with daily tasks, assignments, and priorities.
• Learn and perform all positions at the location.
• Identify operational issues and communicate them to leadership.
• Assist with basic equipment and facility needs and learn car wash operations.
• Support opening and closing procedures as assigned.
• Help create an environment where team members feel supported and motivated.
