Prior car wash experience isn’t required; a positive attitude and strong communication are key. The role offers full-time hours, hourly pay of $15–$16, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example and help create a positive, productive team environment.
• Support the daily operations of the car wash and help keep the location running efficiently.
• Train and coach Team Members on customer service, safety, products, memberships, and daily responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and guest service and help resolve guest questions or concerns.
• Assist guests with wash services, membership information, and product recommendations.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming car wash location.
• Reinforce company standards for uniforms, appearance, safety, and professionalism.
• Ensure team members are following established safety procedures and operating standards.
