ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash are hiring Team Leads in Terrell, TX. This hands-on leadership role focuses on guiding daily operations, training staff, maintaining standards, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Responsible, confident, positive, and ready to lead by example.
• Has previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience — preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable coaching and training other team members.
• Takes initiative and can make decisions when needed.
• Dependable and committed to showing up ready to lead.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Pays attention to detail and maintains company standards.
• Has basic computer and technology skills.
• Willing to learn basic car wash equipment and facility operations.
• Can work outdoors in changing weather conditions.
• Has experience in retail, customer service, restaurant, hospitality, sales, automotive, or other team-based environments — preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and foster a positive, productive team environment.
• Support daily car wash operations and keep the location running efficiently.
• Train and coach Team Members on customer service, safety, products, memberships, and daily duties.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve questions or concerns.
• Assist guests with wash services, membership info, and product recommendations.
• Keep the location clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Reinforce uniforms, safety, and professionalism standards.
• Ensure safety procedures and operating standards are followed.
• Assist site leadership with daily tasks and priorities.
• Learn and perform all positions at the location.
• Identify operational issues and report to site leadership.
• Support basic equipment needs and car wash operations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Create an environment where team members feel supported and motivated.
