Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable coaching and training other team members.
• Willing to learn basic car wash equipment and facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and create a positive, productive team environment.
• Support daily car wash operations and keep the location running efficiently.
• Train and coach team members on customer service, safety, products, and routines.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest questions or concerns.
• Assist guests with wash services, membership info, and product recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming car wash location.
• Ensure adherence to uniforms, appearance, safety, and professionalism.
