ClearWater Express Wash & BlueWave Express Wash in Dripping Springs, TX is seeking a Team Lead to guide daily operations and coach staff. You will train team members on customer service, safety, and product offerings, while ensuring an excellent guest experience.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes teamwork and operational excellence in a fast-paced car wash environment. Previous leadership exposure is preferred but not required; candidates with a strong attitude and willingness to learn
