Job summary

ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash are seeking a Team Lead to guide daily operations, train team members, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This hands-on leadership role emphasizes leading by example, maintaining standards, and supporting safety and efficiency at the car wash location.

Strong communication, leadership potential, and a willingness to learn are key on the job. Prior car wash experience isn’t required, and this full-time position offers growth opportunities

Qualifications

Leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn basic car wash operations.

Responsibilities

Lead by example and guide daily operations.
Train and coach Team Members on customer service and safety.
Assist guests with wash services, memberships, and product recommendations.
Maintain a clean, welcoming car wash location.
Ensure safety procedures and standards are followed.
Support opening/closing procedures as needed.
