Job summary

ClearWater Express Wash & BlueWave Express Wash are hiring Team Leads to guide daily operations and coach team members in customer service and safety. Prior leadership is preferred, but motivated individuals will be trained.

You'll work outdoors in varying weather, support opening/closing tasks, and help resolve guest questions while maintaining high standards and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership, supervisory, or team lead roles preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to create a positive, productive team environment.
• Support daily car wash operations and keep location running smoothly.
• Train and coach team members on service, safety, and responsibilities.
• Assist guests with services, memberships, and product recommendations.
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming car wash site and enforce standards.
