ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash are seeking a dependable Team Lead at our Leander location to guide a high-performing team and ensure top-notch guest experiences. You’ll lead daily operations, coach teammates, and uphold safety and quality in a fast-paced car wash environment.

Qualifications

• Has prior leadership or supervisory experience, preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to coach and train team members.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to meet safety and quality standards.
• Comfort with basic computer tasks and learning new equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and foster a positive, productive team environment.
• Support daily car wash operations and ensure efficient location performance.
• Train and coach team members on service, safety, memberships, and duties.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve guest questions or concerns.
• Assist guests with wash services and product recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming car wash site.
• Ensure adherence to uniforms, appearance, safety, and professionalism.
• Support opening/closing procedures and communicate issues to leadership.
• Learn and perform all location positions and responsibilities as needed.
