ClearWater Express Wash & BlueWave Express Wash is seeking a Team Lead to guide daily operations, train team members, and ensure guest satisfaction. This hands-on leadership role emphasizes building a positive team environment and maintaining safety and quality standards at our McKinney location.

Ideal candidates bring leadership potential, strong communication, and a willingness to learn. Car wash experience is not required, but a proactive attitude and reliability are essential for success.

Formación

• Dependable, energetic and motivated to lead by example.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service in fast-paced environments.
• Willing to learn basic car wash equipment and operations.
• Must be able to work outdoors in changing weather.
• Experience in leadership or team leadership preferred but not required.
• Basic computer and technology skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example and foster a positive, productive team environment.
• Support daily car wash operations to keep location running smoothly.
• Train and coach team members on service, safety, and duties.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest questions.
• Assist guests with wash services, memberships, and product recs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming location.
• Enforce uniforms, safety and professional standards.
• Assist with daily tasks and operational priorities.
• Learn and perform all positions at the location.
• Identify issues and communicate with site leadership.
• Support opening/closing procedures and equipment maintenance.
