Job summary

Oscar Health, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor for Provider Data Operations to lead a team focused on data accuracy and operational excellence. The role emphasizes coaching, performance analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to drive improvements and risk mitigation.

You will report to the Manager, Provider Data Operations and work in a fully remote capacity with occasional travel for meetings and events. A benefits package and performance bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• ~2+ years of experience in an operations role supporting production teams.
• ~1+ year experience using data to drive decision making and continuous improvement.
• ~3+ years of Provider data experience with health insurance company.
• Proficiency navigating Excel/Google Sheets, JIRA, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates overall departmental performance by creating, gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics and assisting in development of departmental metrics and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to formulate proactive implementation, communications and program strategies for change management and risk mitigation.
• Conduct root-cause analysis on systemic issues and construct action plans to address.
• Hire and manage a team with direct responsibility for performance management, growth and development, and HR tasks.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
