Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 7-10 years experience in manufacturing environment, assembly required.

Responsibilities

• Assign, organize and communicate workload for material handling team.
• Track results and take corrective action on department performance.
• Assist in resolving conflicts between employees.
• Train material handling associates on requirements and reading standard work instructions.
• Assist Manager in conducting and facilitating team meetings.
• Use MSS to track parts for production.
• Train cell associates on requirements, how to read documentation, shop routings and test stand usage.
