Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corp is seeking a production support associate to help set up production and mixing schedules, assist with workflow processes, and participate in project teams. The role supports Value Stream Team Leaders and covers production floor activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Skills/ Qualifications: Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills; sound decision making; good math, reading and writing; continuous attention to surroundings and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Overtime availability, including extended shifts and weekends.
• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, walkie-riders, tuggers).
• Maintain accurate records of materials and weigh when required.
• Maintain inventory documentation through computer transactions.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives.
