Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Forklift operation experience preferred.
Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills required.
Sound decision making skills required.
High initiative and solid work history expected.
Good math, counting, reading and writing skills required.

Responsibilities

Accurately count and identify materials in the Materials area.
Pick and deliver work between departments and handle materials in/out of the area.
Replenish designated warehouse locations as needed.
Operate all Materials area equipment (forklift, prime mover, tugger, scales, crane).
Perform warehouse tasks including line side storage, cycle counts, and move tickets.
Identify shipment destinations and ensure proper containers for consolidation and UPS.
Interface with other departments to ensure receipts and proper disbursement of materials.
Contribute to process evaluation, measurement, documentation, and improvement.
