Job summary

Parker Hannifin in Wadsworth, OH is seeking a Material Handler to support inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping operations. You will store, locate, pick, pack, and ship parts, aiming for accuracy and on-time delivery while following 5S and safety practices.

You will work Monday–Friday with a day-one benefits package, contribute to LEAN activities, and collaborate with multiple teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth operation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with others and be a team player.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory storage, retrieval, order picking, packaging, shipping, and handling customer returns.
• Open, separate, and sort shipments; maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ship orders domestically and for export; print shipping paperwork and update inventory transactions.
• Notify planning of part shortages and use carriers to ship customer orders.
