As a Team Lead, you'll play a critical leadership role in supporting the Director of Operations while helping drive sales, coach partners, and deliver the luxury guest experience Soleil Tans is known for. This position is designed for experienced leaders who are ready to make an immediate impact.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $22.00 per hour
• Additional $1–$4 per hour through our sales bonus program
• Average $100+ per month in tips

What You'll Do:

Lead People

Drive Sales

Deliver Operational Excellence

• Support scheduling, inventory, and daily operations.
• Maintain luxury-level cleanliness and presentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist with opening, closing, and shift management.

Deliver Luxury Hospitality

• Deliver exceptional guest service in alignment with our brand promise: “Love your experience, or let us know, we will make it right.”
• Build strong rapport with guests, recommend memberships, services, and products tailored to their goals.
• Ensure that all guests feel welcomed, appreciated, and upsold consistently.
