Soleil Tans is seeking a Team Lead to support the Director of Operations, drive sales, coach partners, and deliver the luxury guest experience Soleil Tans is known for. This leadership role is designed for experienced leaders ready to make an immediate impact in a premium spa retail setting.

Lead with experience, mentor teammates, and ensure compliance with standards while maintaining luxury-level service. Compensation includes hourly pay, sales bonus, tips, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, fitness, beauty, restaurant, or customer service.
• Proven sales leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and motivate teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable making decisions and leading independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead People: Inspire Excellence, coach, mentor, and develop partners; hold them to standards.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $22.00 per hour
• Additional $1–$4 per hour through our sales bonus program
• Average $100+ per month in tips

What You'll Do:

Lead People
