We are seeking a Team Lead at Soleil Tans Sun Spa in Flemington, NJ to support the Director of Operations, drive sales, coach partners, and deliver the luxury guest experience our brand is known for.

This role is designed for experienced leaders ready to make an immediate impact, with opportunities for advancement and a luxurious, high-service culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, fitness, beauty, restaurant, or customer service.
• Proven sales leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and motivate teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable making decisions and leading independently.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting Pay: $22.00 per hour

Additional $1–$4 per hour through our sales bonus program

Average $100+ per month in tips

What You'll Do

Lead People
