Job summary

Soleil Tans Sun Spa seeks an experienced Team Lead to support the Director of Operations, drive sales, coach partners, and deliver the luxury guest experience Soleil Tans is known for. This role suits leaders ready to make an immediate impact in a luxury sun spa environment.

Starting pay is $22.00 per hour with an additional $1–$4 per hour through a sales bonus program and $100+ in tips monthly on average. Total earning potential ranges from $23–$26+ per hour, plus benefits and growth

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, fitness, beauty, restaurant, or customer service.
• Proven sales leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and motivate teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead people and coach partners to deliver the luxury guest experience.
• Lead shifts independently and drive sales using Soleil's sales process.
• Monitor daily performance and coach for improvement; develop team members.
• Maintain luxury hospitality standards and ensure clean, presentable operations.
• Open/close shifts and manage daily operations while upholding company policies.

Compensation & Benefits

Qualifications
