Job summary

Soleil Tans Sun Spa in Middletown, NJ, seeks an experienced Team Lead to support the Director of Operations, drive sales, coach partners, and uphold our luxury guest experience.

The role is for leaders ready to make an immediate impact, with opportunities for advancement and development within a luxury sun spa setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, fitness, beauty, restaurant, or customer service.
• Proven sales leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and motivate teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable making decisions and leading independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead people: coach, mentor, and develop partners; onboard and train new team members; lead shifts independently.
• Drive sales: lead by example, drive memberships, retail sales, and service upgrades; monitor daily metrics and coach for improvement.
• Deliver operational excellence: support scheduling, inventory, and daily operations; maintain luxury-level cleanliness and presentation; ensure policy compliance; assist with opening/closing shifts.
• Deliver luxury hospitality: provide exceptional guest service; build rapport; recommend memberships, services, and products; ensure guests feel welcomed and well-served; resolve concerns; model Soleil's core values.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting Pay: $22.00 per hour

Additional $1–$4 per hour through our sales bonus program
