CAVA in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Team Leader to bring its hospitality-first culture to life in daily restaurant operations. You will lead the team, delegate routines, ensure food safety, open/close shifts, manage inventory and cash handling, and collaborate with managers to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Lead the team to deliver hospitality and quality food
• Coach and cross-train Team Members as the business grows
• Open/close shifts, place orders, conduct inventory, and manage cash handling
• Support food safety initiatives and maintain cleanliness standards
• Model sound decision making and resolve issues on shift
• Execute deployment practices to ensure high service levels and timely food presentation
