Job summary

CAVA is seeking a Team Leader to bring our mission, values, and guest-first approach to life in our Raleigh restaurant. You will lead the team daily, promote a positive work environment, and ensure standards are met while delivering quality Mediterranean-inspired meals.

As a Team Leader, you will coach Team Members, support opening/closing duties, manage inventory and cash handling, and champion food safety and cleanliness across the shift.

Qualifications

• Coach, develop, and support the cross training of Team Members as our business continues to grow
• Support opening and closing the restaurant, placing food orders, conducting inventory, and cash handling as needed
• Support food safety initiatives and ensure that other Team Members follow proper food safety practices and cleanliness standards

Responsibilities
