Job summary

CAVA is seeking a Team Leader to help bring our mission, values, and hospitality to life in our Greenville, NC restaurant. You will lead daily operations, partner with the General Manager, and coach Team Members to deliver outstanding guest experiences and high-quality food.

You will promote a positive work environment, delegate routine tasks, and support training and development to ensure standards are met and guests are delighted.

Qualifications

• Must be able to coach and develop Team Members.
• Experience supporting opening/closing duties and inventory control.
• Strong focus on guest hospitality and food quality.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and delegate tasks to team members.
• Collaborate with Managers and General Managers to drive performance and guest experience.
• Support training and development of Team Members and cross-training initiatives.
• Assist with opening/closing duties, food orders, inventory, and cash handling as needed.
