Job summary

CAVA is seeking a Team Leader to join our Greensboro, NC restaurant. You will lead daily operations with a focus on guest experience, teamwork, and safety. Responsibilities include opening/closing, inventory, orders, and coaching Team Members to uphold our service standards.

You will promote a positive work environment, mentor staff, and ensure food safety and quality while delivering on our guests’ expectations. The role is on-site and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Lead the team daily and promote a positive work environment
• Develop and coach Team Members; support cross-training as the business grows
• Assist with opening/closing, placing food orders, inventory checks, and cash handling
• Support food safety initiatives and ensure cleanliness standards are met
• Model sound decision making and help resolve issues on shift
