Job summary

CAVA is hiring Team Leaders to bring our mission, values, and hospitality to life in our Phoenix restaurants. You’ll lead daily operations, promote a positive work environment, and ensure standards are met while delegating tasks and training teammates.

You’ll collaborate with general managers and assistants to deliver memorable guest experiences, manage opening/closing duties, inventory, cash handling, and uphold food safety and quality across the shift.

Qualifications

• Work with managers and team to bring hospitality to guests.
• Coach, develop and cross-train Team Members as the business grows.
• Open/close responsibilities including food orders, inventory, and cash handling.
• Support food safety initiatives and ensure cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities
