Job summary

CAVA is seeking Team Leaders to drive daily restaurant operations, support training, and ensure a warm guest experience. You will collaborate with leadership to supervise Team Members, monitor inventory, and uphold food safety standards while delivering high-quality Mediterranean-inspired meals.

This on-site role requires a proactive, team-focused approach to service. As a Team Leader, you’ll help open and close the restaurant, assist with orders, and ensure smooth cash handling and shift

Qualifications

• Lead daily restaurant operations in partnership with General Managers and Assistant GMs.
• Coach, develop, and cross-train Team Members to support growth and service goals.
• Open/close duties, place orders, manage inventory, and handle cash accurately.
• Support food safety initiatives and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Model sound decision making and resolve issues on the shift.
• Coordinate scheduling and deployment to ensure top guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations with GM/AGM to uphold brand standards and guest experience.
• Promote a positive work environment and supervise Team Members during shifts.
• Delegate routines, monitor performance, and train new hires as needed.
• Ensure food safety practices and cleanliness across the restaurant.
