Ideal candidates will coach teammates, manage shifts, and maintain quality while delivering a warm, efficient guest experience across all interactions.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience with guest service focus.
• Ability to coach, develop, and cross-train TEAM MEMBERS.
• Experience with opening/closing operations and basic ordering.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with Assistant GM and GM.
• Promote a positive work environment and uphold standards.
• Delegate routines, train staff, and ensure timely food presentation.
