Job summary

CAVA is seeking Team Leaders to drive hospitality, support restaurant operations, and develop teammates. You will lead daily service with the GM/AM, reinforce standards, delegate tasks, and train Crew Members to deliver warm, consistent guest experiences.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the restaurant, inventory checks, cash handling, and food-safety practices while fostering a positive work environment and clear communication with colleagues and guests.

Qualifications

• Provide hospitality to guests and quality food
• Coach, develop, and cross-train Team Members as the business grows
• Open/close the restaurant, place food orders, conduct inventory, and cash handling
• Support food safety initiatives and ensure proper food safety practices and cleanliness standards
• Model sound decision making and help resolve issues that may arise
• Support deployment practices on scheduled shifts to ensure high service levels

Responsibilities

• Lead the team daily, delegate routines and important tasks, and ensure standards are executed
