Hyundai Motor Group is seeking a capable supervisor to lead team members in a high-volume automotive manufacturing setting in Montgomery, AL. The role emphasizes safety, quality, cost control, and efficient production flow, with responsibilities spanning training and policy compliance.

Candidates should have a High School/GED and 2-year technical degree preferred, plus 1–3 years of related experience. Flexibility for overtime and shift rotation is required.

Formación

• 1–3 years of job-related experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Team Members in assigned area of plant operations.
• Administer and monitor practices in safety, human relations, quality, cost, housekeeping, and delivery targets.
• Coordinate production flow with Team Members and Group Leader.
• Attend all required training as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with HMMA policies and procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks as required.
• Maintain sound ergonomic judgment while managing job rotation schedules.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with Team Members.
• Identify and resolve quality issues; implement repair/ containment procedures for defects; notify relevant teams as required.
• Overtime and job rotation between positions and shifts may be required.
• Comply with all Business Management System, Environmental Management System, and Safety Management System requirements.
