• Coordinate and lead projects: new equipment, supplier selection, and implementation.
• Analyze and continuously improve safety, quality, production and costs.
• Participate in cross functional teams and train team members.
• Support daily production issues and review technical developments.
• Prepare progress reports and manage labor allocation.
• Comply with Business, Environmental, and Safety Management Systems.
