Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Team Members and Group Leader to coordinate production flow.
• Maintain sound ergonomic judgment and support job rotation between positions and shifts.
• Ensure compliance with Business Management System (BMS), EMS, and SMS requirements.
• Communicate effectively to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
