Responsibilities

• Lead Team Members in assigned area of plant operations.
• Administer and monitor safety, human relations, quality, cost, housekeeping, and delivery targets for a production area.
• Collaborate with Team Members and Group Leader to coordinate production flow.
• Attend all required training.
• Support Team Member compliance with HMMA policies and procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks as required.
• Maintain ergonomic judgment with job rotation schedules.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with Team Members.
• Resolve quality issues and implement repair/containment for defects; notify relevant management promptly.
• Overtime may be required; job rotation between positions and shifts.
• Adhere to BMS, EMS, and SMS requirements; meet other assigned duties.
