• Drive results as manager on duty, boosting store productivity and customer relationships.
• Maintain store standards: cleanliness, visual merchandising, inventory, and cash processes.
• Cultivate personalized coffee experiences and share knowledge of our coffee and sustainability practices.
• Inspire and coach the team to drive sales and service performance.
