Job summary

Nestlé Nespresso USA seeks a Boutique Team Leader for our University Village retail boutique. You will lead a sales-driven team, coach associates, and manage daily operations to deliver exceptional coffee experiences and outstanding customer service.

In this role you’ll drive results, develop your team, and maintain standards across service, inventory, and cash processes. A strong focus on hospitality and product knowledge will be essential in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ yrs. experience in driving sales and leading a team in a high-volume retail environment.
• Patience for day-to-day challenges and problem solving on the spot.
• Effective communication, time management and analytical skills.
• Punctual and available to work open and closing shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Function as manager on duty, drive sales, and build customer relationships.
• Coach sales associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences and product knowledge.
• Lead store standards: cleanliness, visual merchandising, inventory, and cash processes.
• Collaborate with team to share feedback, drive growth, and solve problems.
