Nestlé Nespresso SA in Nashville seeks a Boutique Operations Manager to oversee daily store functions, inventory, and safety standards while guiding the back-of-house team and supporting front-of-house operations. You will ensure efficient operations and a top-notch customer experience in a fast-paced boutique.

Lead the back-of-house team, coordinate omnichannel services, and drive continuous improvements using TQM principles, all while maintaining strong focus on safety and compliance.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in retail or customer service

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily store functions, inventory, safety and compliance
• Manage back-of-house and support front-of-house operations
• Lead back-of-house team of 2 and act as MOD for front-of-house
• Coordinate omni services including same-day delivery and in-store pickups
• Identify operational improvements and apply Total Quality Management principles
• Ensure health, safety and environmental policies and certifications are in place
