Job summary

Nestlé Nespresso USA is seeking a Boutique Team Leader for the University Village boutique. You will lead a store leadership team, coaching sales associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences while managing operations and in-store culture.

Candidate will coach teams, drive sales, and ensure superior product knowledge and service excellence in a vibrant retail setting in New York. This role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and operational execution in a specialty coffee environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ yrs. experience in driving sales and leading a team in a high-volume retail environment.
• Patience for day-to-day challenges and resourcefulness in troubleshooting on the spot.
• Effective communication, time management and analytical skills.
• Punctual and available to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive Results: manage as duty manager, maximize store productivity, build customer relationships, use reporting and trends to hit sales/service goals.
• Cultivate personalized coffee experiences and share knowledge of our coffee and sustainability practices to build relationships.
• Inspire people leadership by coaching and training the team to drive sales and service performance.
• Ensure store standards: cleanliness, merchandising, inventory/stock management, TQM compliance, and safety for employees and customers.
• Collaborate with colleagues and drive growth-minded problem solving.
