Job summary

Nashville Nespresso, a brand under Nestlé, is seeking a Team Lead to elevate the customer journey and lead a boutique team with a passion for service. You will work closely with the Boutique Manager and Assistant Store Manager to drive sales and foster a hospitality-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ yrs. experience in driving sales in a high-volume retail environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills for a team.
• Excellent communication, time management and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by managing daily store operations and coaching team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Support the Boutique Manager and Assistant Store Manager to achieve sales and guest satisfaction goals.
