Learning Care Group is seeking a Team Lead at a Wisconsin child care center. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children and lead classroom management, while implementing curriculum and mentoring new staff.

You will communicate with families to support child achievement and center success, and take on leadership duties in the director's absence. This role emphasizes professional development within a positive, energetic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility and leading a classroom.
• College credits toward Early Childhood Education or Child Development or a CDA preferred.
• Ability to meet state/accreditation education/experience requirements.

Responsabilités

• Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of children in care.
• Lead classroom management and implement curriculum.
• Mentor new hires and fellow teachers, creating engaging learning experiences.
• Take on leadership duties in absence of Director/Assistant Director and support center operations.
