Learning Care is hiring a Team Lead at a childcare center to promote growth and lead classroom instruction. You’ll collaborate with families to support each child and guide fellow teachers in delivering engaging, standards-based activities.

In this role you may assume Director or Assistant Director duties in their absence, ensure licensing guidelines are followed, and participate in our ongoing training and Master Teacher program.

Competenze

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility and leading a classroom.
• College credits towards Early Childhood Education or Child Development, or a CDA.
• Ability to meet state/accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children in your care and lead classroom management and curriculum implementation.
• Communicate and build relationships with families to support your center’s success.
• Mentor new hires and fellow teachers, creating engaging learning experiences for preschool children.
• Take on duties of Director or Assistant Director in the absence of leadership, including opening and closing the school.
• Ensure daily care of every child by following licensing guidelines and company standards.
