Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• Experience leading a classroom and implementing lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth; lead classroom management and curriculum implementation.
• Communicate with families to promote achievement and support center success.
• Mentor new hires and fellow teachers; create engaging learning experiences.
• Take on Director/Assistant Director duties in their absence, including opening/closing the center.
• Ensure daily care of children by following licensing guidelines and company standards.
