Job summary

Learning Care is hiring a Team Lead for a child care center. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children, lead classroom management and curriculum delivery, and build strong relationships with families to support each child's success.

You'll mentor new hires, help with training, and may step into Director or Assistant Director duties in her/his absence while ensuring daily care follows licensing guidelines and company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility and leading a classroom.
• Able to meet state/accreditation education and experience requirements.
• College credits towards ECE or Child Development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead classroom management and implement curriculum for preschool children.
• Communicate with families to support child achievement and center success.
• Mentor new hires and fellow teachers; support training and onboarding.
• Occasionally assume Director/Assistant Director duties in absence.
