Learning Care Group is hiring a Team Lead at a child care center. You will promote growth, lead classroom management, and implement curriculum, while communicating with families to support each child's success.

The role emphasizes mentoring new hires, stepping into director duties when needed, and ensuring daily care according to licensing standards. This is a full-time, on-site position offering comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility, leading a classroom and implementing lesson plans.
• College credits toward Early Childhood Education or Child Development degree or a CDA.
• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Mansioni

• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children in your care and lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation.
• Communicate and build relationships with families to support your center's success.
• Mentor and train new hires, creating fun, interactive learning experiences for preschoolers.
• Step in as Director or Assistant Director in absence, including opening and closing the school.
• Ensure daily care of every child by following licensing guidelines and company standards.
