Learning Care Group is hiring a Team Lead at a child care center. You will promote child growth, lead curriculum implementation, and manage classroom activities. You will also mentor new staff and collaborate with families to support student success.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility leading a classroom and implementing lesson plans.
• College credits towards Early Childhood Education or Child Development degree or a CDA preferred.
• Ability to meet state/accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children in your care.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation.
• Communicate and build relationships with families to support child achievement.
• Mentor and train new hires and fellow teachers, creating engaging learning experiences.
• Step into director/assistant director duties in absence, including opening and closing.
