Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to assist with the site’s facility and operations in a fast, team‑oriented environment. You will lead by example by exceeding expectations and helping the management team while learning how to run a car wash and grow with the company.

We offer competitive pay with weekly commission and flexible scheduling; both part-time and full-time positions are available, with strong growth opportunities within Tidal Wave Auto Spa.

Qualifications

• Friendly, Responsible, and Reliable!
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
