Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring a Team Leader to help manage the site’s operations and deliver friendly, high-quality guest service. You will help open/close the facility, enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, and assist with vehicle prep and safely guiding guests through the tunnel.

The role offers a competitive hourly pay rate, weekly commissions, and potential for growth within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Flexible scheduling supports various life dynamics.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to stand for long hours.
• Drug Screen and Background Check required per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the facility with the team.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape upkeep and pressure washing.
