Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to support daily facility operations and lead by example in a fast, team-oriented environment. You will help ensure a smooth, high-quality guest experience each shift.

You will provide friendly customer service, assist with opening/closing, enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, prep vehicles, guide them onto the tunnel, and assist with maintenance and upkeep. Starting pay is $15/hour with weekly commissions and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
