Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader in Pulaski, TN to support facility operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will mentor teammates, assist in daily opening/closing, enroll members in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, prep vehicles, and guide guests through the tunnel while helping with maintenance and upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
